I am writing to commend
Dr. Farrell, his staff and the team at the
Surgery Center.
Previous to my surgery I had researched
for two years to seek out a Plastic Surgeon
and team that would fit my expectations.
My expectations were based on the performance
of the surgeon, information on the surgery,
the finance department, pre-surgery preparation,
post surgery follow ups and the doctors'
bed side manner. All of my expectations
were surpassed.
The day of the surgery was the day I was
the most nervous. That is until I spoke
with Dr. Farrell. After speaking with Dr.
Farrell I felt confident the surgery would
go well. I would like to point out that
the bond that occurred between the doctor
and the patient in those few moments before
the anesthesia is the ones that were the
most reassuring in my opinion. Dr. Farrell
exhibited the epitome of what I believe
to be the best bed side manner a doctor
can offer a patient.
The outcome of the surgery was the desired
look I sought. I wanted to take the time
to write a letter to say thank you and recognize
